TERMS & CONDITIONS

I agree to pay the required fees. Full payment (no part payments allowed) must be paid within the first 14 days of every applicable term. Fees paid after the 15th day after the first class of the term incur a $10 per month late fee.

Any debt collection fees will be the responsibility of the enrollee or their guardian. There will be no refunds for absences or public holidays. Term fees may be paid by cash in a named envelope or direct credited into ANZ account: 01 0819 0363512 00 with the student name as a reference. Funkdafield only invoice for fees upon request. Fundkdafied is not responsible for any damages caused by the enrollee or any medical treatment required whilst undertaking this activity. This will be the responsibility of the enrollee or their legal guardian.

MEDIA CONSENT

As the parent/guardian of the student being enrolled, I give Funkdafied permission to photograph and record my child for use in audio, video, film, or any other electronic, digital, or social media outlet.
